5. Backup and Restore
The App includes optional backup and restore functionality.
When you choose to export your data:
A JSON backup file is created.
The file is saved only to the location you select.
No copy is sent to us.
When importing data:
Only the file you select is read.
Import processing occurs locally on your device.
Once an exported backup file exists outside the App, its protection becomes your responsibility.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your sleep records, journal entries, or wellness information with third parties.
Your sleep data is never uploaded to our servers.
7. Advertising
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information required to display and measure advertisements, including:

Your information remains on your device until:
You delete individual records.
You use the "Delete All Data" option.
You uninstall the App.
You replace your data by importing another backup.
Deleting the App generally removes its locally stored data according to Android's application management process.

Because your information is stored locally on your device, you remain in full control of your data.

Delete entries

Export your data
Import your backups
Uninstall the App at any time
